No installation or what so ever needed. Any browser will do, just make sure your default browser search is google.
Here's how to do it :1. Type "ip address" without those quotes on your address bar, press enter.
2. And the result will be displayed as follows :

It is so easy to find the IP address of your system. The challenge is to change it and have anonymous surfing. If you know any good software that can give that service then let me know.
