Auto refresh web page for Firefox

ReloadEvery - This Firefox add-on will help you refresh web pages on a schedule. From every 5 seconds and can go on up to every 15 minutes or you can customize your own time. You can also enable it to every tab or single tab.

This is very useful for sites like twitter, news sites and other pages which display frequently changing information. Works with Firefox 1.5 - 3.6.* and check it out here.

Open link in Internet Explorer from Firefox

Open in IE - This is a little add-ons that enables you to open a link in a new Internet Explorer Window. Even though Firefox is by far the best browser I have used, but not all sites can function well in Firefox.

So instead of copying the link and paste it in Internet Explorer, all you have to do is right-click on a link, and choose "Open Link in IE". This add-ons works well for Firefox 1.5 - 3.6.*. Here is the link.

Minimize your browser instantly

Boss Key and Buttons - This add-on is for Firefox 3.0 - 3.6* . Very simple and easy to use. By pressing two mouse buttons together you can minimize your current Firefox and not only that, you can set it to open a new tab and load URL of the current browser so that the title bar will not be displaying inaproriate title at the taskbar during minimize.

This features also can be done by keyboard via the 'boss key'. Other optional features include hide the tab bar and minimize all the browser windows during minimize.

Here is the link and screenshot.

Try Again

Does this always happen to you?

You typed the address correctly but your connection suddenly dropped or the server hosting the website is temporarily down.

If you're a Mozilla Firefox user, TryAgain add-ons is gonna keep trying to load a webpage when the server is not found. Currently, TryAgain works with Firefox version 3.0 - 3.5.*

This is very convenient so that you don't have to manually click refresh or click the try again button. You can set the amount of timeout and maximum tries. I personally like this setting :
