How to change default page size from letter to A4 in Microsoft Word 2010

1. Click the Page Layout tab.



2. Click Page Setup dialog box.
3. Click the Paper tab.
4. Change Paper size to A4.
5. Click Set As Default.
6. Click OK and you're done!

How to perform sum in a table in Word 2007

  1. Make a table and fill in the details like a normal table. Don't forget to add the last row for the sum result.
  2. Click on the last row for the sum result to be displayed.
  3. At the top menu, click on Layout and click Formula.
  4. The Formula window will pop out and click ok. The sum result will be displayed at the table.



Remember to repeat the above steps for every changes in the table figure because this function is not auto sum like in excel.
